All sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable except in cases where the event is officially cancelled or rescheduled by the organizer. In such cases, full refunds will be processed within 14 business days.

Gesrek Festival is open to all ages. Attendees under 13 must be accompanied by a ticket-holding adult. Alcohol purchases in the F&B area are restricted to those 21+ (ID check required).

Gates open at 2:00 PM (14.00 WIB) each day and the festival runs until 11:30 PM (23.30 WIB). We recommend arriving early to enjoy all zones, food bazaars, and activities before the main performances begin.
